1978
Contac Services is founded in Canada with locations in Vancouver specializing in Print and Distribution of Marketing Collateral.
1999
The first customer-facing portal is launched.
2008
Expands to Mississauga, opening a 65,000 sq.ft. facility.
2010
Access GD is launched as an order entry portal.
2012
Starts shipping eCommerce orders across North America.
2015
Rebranded as Go Direct Solutions.
Winter 2017
Go Direct starts shipping B2B orders expanding its services beyond D2C and Value Added Services.
Spring 2018
Go Direct Mississauga secures NNHP Licence from
Health Canada.
2020
An enhanced version of AccessGD is launched, offering robust real-time information and customized reporting to our customers.
2021
Go Direct opens its first location outside of Canada in Columbus, Ohio, our flagship, state-of-the-art 250,000 humidity and temperature-controlled building.
Spring 2022
Go Direct Mississauga secures Medical Devices License from Health Canada.
Summer 2022
Go Direct opens a 50,000 sq.ft. building in Calgary, providing its B2B, D2C and value-added services.
Fall 2022
Go Direct opens a 100,000-square-foot building in Reno, Nevada, providing B2B. D2C and value-added services allow our clients better access to the West Coast.
July 2023
Go Direct opens a second location in Calgary, expanding its footprint to 118,000 sq.ft.
Columbus Location secures ISO 9001 Certification.
Fall 2023
Calgary location secure BRC Certification with AA rating.
End of 2023
Go Direct Ships over 1 million shipments in one year.
