Account Manager
Mississauga, Ontario - Full Time Position

Go Direct Supply Chain Solutions is a Canadian-based ecommerce, distribution, and marketing fulfillment company offering a combination of technology and supply chain solutions that enable clients to connect directly to their customers. Go Direct is comprised of six, cutting-edge facilities located across North America, enabling clients to reach 95% of the North American market in two days or less. Through online portals, Go Direct provides clients with the opportunity to connect with their B2B and B2C markets in a personalized manner.

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in an account team as the clients’ trusted advisor and internal champion. You will be required to balance not only the ensuring satisfaction and ongoing development of our current clients but also securing new business opportunities by leveraging your industry contacts and relationships.

Account Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Customer Success

  • Build solid customer relationships with client and their agencies acting as an important point of contact for customers’ day-to-day needs
  • Launch, analyze, monitor and optimize customers programs
  • Conduct client meetings to communicate campaign performance, insights and opportunities on our platform

Provide Customer-Centric Recommendations

  • Identify and up-sell relevant, incremental marketing opportunities to clients
  • Support Renewal of client campaigns based on campaign performance data and potential to help client meet their objectives

Internal Leadership & Leverage

  • Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity including key partnerships within the organization
  • Manage the operations of an account team to ensure customer delight and success

Account and Sales Growth

  • Achieve targets for account growth and profitability
  • Leverage industry contacts to achieve new sales growth targets
  • Develop proposals and business cases for service contract opportunities, manage the sales process, among other duties are assigned

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent education + experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Ideally, have worked in the Marketing Fulfillment-Pick/Pack/ Kitting or ecommerce Fulfillment space
  • Proven relationship building skills with clients directly and their agencies, at various levels of seniority
  • Proven track record of client customer success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue
  • Known as a thought leader who provides customized recommendations to drive customer success and increase Go Direct Solutions’ revenues and profitability
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
